Iran summons French ambassador for insulting representation of Jesus Christ during Olympic opening ceremony

Iran summoned the French ambassador to discuss the representation of Jesus Christ during the opening ceremony of the 2024 Olympic Games in Paris.

The minister stressed that the depiction insulted over 1.5 billion Muslims worldwide.
